Las Vegas North Premium Outlets

Las Vegas Premium Outlets North is a 40-acre open-air outlet shopping center located in downtown Las Vegas, just north of the Strip. Spanning 685,000 square feet, it is owned and operated by Simon Property Group as part of the Simon Premium Outlets portfolio. The mall was co-developed with Chelsea Property Group and officially opened on August 1, 2003. Expansions completed in 2008 and 2015 introduced more retailers and additional parking.

It became the second outlet mall in the Las Vegas Valley, following Belz Factory Outlet World, which opened south of the Strip in 1993. Chelsea acquired that property in 2003, and later merged with Simon. The original mall was renamed Las Vegas Premium Outlets South in 2011, prompting the addition of “North” to the Las Vegas Premium Outlets name.
